    How do I place an order?

    How far in advance do I need to place an order?

    Placing an order as far in advance is appreciated with at least 48 hours notice. Any invoice not paid 24 hours prior to order date is void.

    Can I place a same-day order?

    Same-day orders are not available at this time.

    Do you create custom displays for events?

    Yes! Please email aimee@tysm.com to learn more regarding event installations.

    What is your preferred payment method?

    All major credit cards accepted. Payment confirms your order.

    Can I pay in cash, Venmo or Zelle?

    Only credit card payments are accepted at this time. Payment must be made via Square when your order is placed. Payment confirms your order.

    Do you deliver?

    Yes! Local delivery starts at $15, final amount is calculated during checkout.

    Can I pick up my order?

    Yes! TYSM is located inside Fatty Mart 12210 Venice Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90066.

    Help! I am late/forgot my pick up.

    We cannot accommodate pick ups after business hours. Orders that are not picked up cannot be refunded nor rescheduled.

    Can you accommodate allergies such as to nuts or allium?

    While our facility is not nut nor allium free, we can omit such ingredients from your order. Please specify any allergies when submitting a request form.

    Can I put my board in the fridge overnight?

    We recommend it is best to consume the day of to ensure optimal freshness. Cheese & Charcuterie boards should be refrigerated until 45-60 minutes before serving. If you are not serving the day of receiving, please specify the details when ordering so your board can be wrapped and packaged accordingly to live in the fridge overnight.

    Can I cancel my order?

    • 7+ days - refund of your purchase price minus 3% processing fee.
    • 48+ hours - credit/date modification.
    • Under 48hrs - no refund nor credit is available. Date modification is based on availability.
