How do I place an order?

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

Placing an order as far in advance is appreciated with at least 48 hours notice. Email info@tysmla.com for last minute requests. Same day fee applies.

Can I place a same-day order?

Please email info@tysmla.com to inquire if your same day order can be accommodated. Same day fee applies.

Do you create custom displays for events?

Yes! Please email aimee@tysmla.com to learn more regarding event installations.

What is your preferred payment method?

All major credit cards accepted. Payment confirms your order.

Can I pay in cash?

Unfortunately, cash payments are not accepted at this time. Payment must be made via Square when your order is placed. Payment confirms your order.

Do you deliver?

Yes! Local delivery starts at $15, final amount is calculated during checkout.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pick ups are available 11-3pm Monday thru Friday and 11-2pm Saturday inside Monroe Place 8541 W Washington Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232.

Sunday is delivery only.

Help! I am late/forgot my pick up.

We cannot accommodate pick ups after business hours. Orders that are not picked up cannot be refunded. TYSM, Inc. nor Monroe Place, LLC. is not responsible for late pick ups or no shows.

Can you accommodate allergies such as nuts or allium?

While our facility is not nut or allium free, we can omit such ingredients from your order. Please specify such allergies when submitting a request form.

Can I put my board in the fridge overnight?

We recommend it is best to consume the day of to ensure optimal freshness. Cheese & Charcuterie boards should be refrigerated until 45-60 minutes before serving. If you are not serving the day of receiving, please specify the details when ordering so your board can be wrapped and packaged accordingly to live in the fridge overnight.

Can I cancel my order?

  • 7+ days - a full refund.
  • 48+ hours - credit/modify the date of your order.
  • Less than 48hrs - refund nor credit is available.
